HOW TO GET THE LIST OF WORKFLOW NOTIFICATIONS

STEP 01:
LOG ON TO ERP APPLICATION ON SELF SERVICE WEB APPLICATION (SSWA)
HOME PAGE


STEP 02:
Currently when you login to SSWA home page you see only the list of responsibilities
but there is not list of notifications directly visible on the page. You have to go to the
workflow user responsibility or access the notifications through favorites on the SSWA
home page.
After you log in you need to check if you can see the link "personalize page" on the
right hand top corner of the SSWA page.



STEP 03:
IF YOU DO NOT SEE THAT THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO CHECK FOR THE
FOLLOWING PROFILE OPTIONS
• Personalize Self-service Defn
• FND: Personalization Region Link Enabled
• Disable Self-service Personal

First and second profile should be set to yes and the last one should be set to No. The
level l of setting can be decided based on your requirement.
Once this is done logon to SSWA once again and ensure that the personalize page link
is now visible


FND: Personalization Region Link Enabled


STEP 04:
Disable Self-service Personal to NO


STEP 05:
Once this is done logon to SSWA once again and ensure that the personalize page link
is now visible on most right corner.

STEP 06:
Then you need to click on the Personalization Structure ---Complete View under personalization heading.


STEP 07:
There you will see Scope: Page: Oracle Applications Home Page


STEP 08:

You need drilldown to the following levels
1] Page Layout: Oracle Applications Home Page
2] Row Layout: (tableLayoutRow)
3] Cell Format: worklistResponsibilityLeftCell
4] Table Layout: Home Contenttable
5] Row Layout: Home Content Row
6] Cell Format: Home Content Cell
7] Stack Layout: Home Content
8] Default Single Column: Worklist
9] Stack Layout: Notifications Worklist Function

You will find all Of them in the Table Layout(Top Table Layout Container)



The second column of the page here is called as "Shown", here in this column ensure
that the values are set to Yes for ALL the above 9 rows


STEP 09:

Here you will see the different properties.
You have to set Rendered=true at site level and click apply button.This Option was false by default.


Reset all the above profiles options to default again, relogin again and here you will see
the work flow notifications.
